Pineapple Party Punch
Prosecco, rum and pineapple make a refreshing and delicious boozy punch for brunch!
INGREDIENTS
4 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 cup white rum or coconut rum
1 bottle (750ml) Prosecco, chilled frozen pineapple, about 2 cups
DIRECTIONS
Pour pineapple juice, rum, and Prosecco into a pitcher. Add frozen pineapple to keep it chilled.
