The following rules and regulations apply for the Massy Stores Carnival Promo, running from 26th February to 1st March 2019
Rules
In order to participate in this promotion, entrants are expected to upload a video of themselves to the Massy Stores website singing along to the Massy Bag jingle. Jingle must be 20 seconds long and a Massy Reusable Bag but be present in the submission.
Only one [1] entry per person is allowed.
Entrants must be sixteen [18] years and over.
Use of obscene language, or vulgarity in any way, will not be allowed and as such the entry will be deleted and persons will be blocked from the page and disqualified.
Regulations
There is no entry fee to enter this competition
Closing date and time for entries is 4pm on March 1st 2019. After this time, no further entries to the promotion will be permitted
There will be one [1] winner, and the prize is as follows:
4 jouvert tickets
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details communicated to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion
Cash alternatives to the prize will not be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
The winner will be notified privately, via Facebook, plus a congratulatory post on The Massy Stores Trinidad Facebook Page. If the winner does not claim the prize within one [1] day of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity. Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
