What types of payment does Massy Stores accept?
Massy Stores accepts the following forms of payments:
- Cash
- Foreign Currency – US, Canadian & EC
- Debit Card
- Credit Cards (local and foreign) – Visa & MasterCard only
- TT Cards
- Massy Vouchers
- FCB Bonus Points Certificates
- RBL (Republic Bank) Point Certificates
- RBC (Royal Bank)Dividend Vouchers
How can I purchase a Massy Stores voucher?
Massy Stores vouchers are available in the following denominations: $20, $50, $100.
To purchase Massy Stores vouchers we invite customers to our Head Office located at 39A Wrightson Road, Port of Spain or call:

For your convenience, particularly with larger orders, we require a minimum of at least (1) one day’s notice in advance along with the specifics of denominations required.
All vouchers are valid for eleven (11) months from date of purchase and are redeemable at ALL Massy Stores island-wide.
Forms for acceptable payments for vouchers:
- Cash
- Manager’s/Certified Cheques
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
*All cheques must be made payable to Massy Stores
Kindly note that customer may also redeem for Massy Vouchers using their Smart Shopper points.

How can I change my address for the Massy Card?
In order to make ANY changes to your Massy Card information you can visit any one of our Massy Stores branches and speak directly to one of our Massy Card Representatives.

What is Massy Stores’ return policy? Do I need to return the item to the same Massy Store or can I return it to another Massy Store?
Refund/Exchange Policy
All merchandise purchased that is to be returned for exchange or refund must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase and MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RECEIPT.
Exceptions to the aforementioned are:
- Perishable Products (meat, produce, deli, bakery) which must be returned within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase; and
- Alcohol – there is no refund or exchange on Alcohol.
While we make every effort to ensure the quality of all items sold in our stores, if any of our products fall below the high standards you expect, then please return them in accordance with the above policy and we will happily refund or exchange the item.
Customers can refund and exchange an item at any one of our Massy Stores locations! You do not have to return or exchange the item at the branch you purchased it at.
