Massy Stores Curbside is here to help because we care
For Massy Loyalty Customers, get your groceries without setting foot in the store. Massy Stores is making curbside pickup available to you, for orders valued at $150 and over. We are providing curbside pickup at all our locations.
Place your order anytime. Due to the high demand for the curbside service, your order will be processed within an estimated 24 hour time period. When your order is ready, we will call or text you. We will also advise you on the pick-up process.

A service fee of $10 for orders between $150 and $499 and $20 for orders $500 and over will apply.
Payment should ideally be made with a debit/credit card at pick up, however cash or vouchers are accepted. If paying with cash or vouchers, you will be required to come in store to a designated cash register. Remember to walk with your Massy Card.
Kindly note that orders will be processed within two (2) business days (Subject to change based on demand for the service) and the store will contact you, if any item on your list is unavailable, together with providing options.
Please note:
- We will make every effort to fill your order accurately. Due to the high demand for some products, some brands may not be available. Indicate product substitutions that can meet your needs.
- Prepared meals (Ready to Go e.g. rotisserie chicken etc), phone cards, prescriptions from pharmacy and appliances are not available for curbside orders.
- If an item on your list is unavailable, we will contact you with other options.
- When you come to collect, park in any one of our designated Curbside Pick Up car park spots and call or send a text with your name and license plate number to let us know you’re there.
- We will bring the order to your vehicle, and process the payment via Credit Card or Debit Card.
- Orders will be cancelled if we are unable to reach you via phone (call, text, WhatsApp) or if the order is not collected within 24 hours.
